THE TEAM:

Tim Halladay, broker/owner, has been involved in real estate since the late 1980's. Tim became licensed as a broker in 2002. His extensive experience as an investor along with eight years as a residential mortgage originator and commercial mortgage broker qualifies him as an expert in virtually all aspects of real estate. Tim writes, produces and delivers real estate seminars on an array of topics from the first time home purchase to the multifamily investment strategy.

Tim can help you with your first home or your first 1031 tax-deferred exchange. In his nearly 20 years in the real estate profession, Tim has never advertised but receives 100% of his business by referrals.

Tim has been on the buying side of many (200+-) Investment transactions including rehabs, new construction, rentals and commercial property. Tim knows what investors and buyers want and he knows how to structure the deal so everybody wins. Tim began as a Navy Nuclear Submarine operator and instructor. After he had served his country, he started his career in real estate as an investor and property renovator.



Lisa West brings a life of diligent service to her prospective clients. Her 16 years working as an educator and an administrative assistant has equipped her with the ability to gracefully coordinate multiple details, to handle challenges creatively, and to make complex processes easy for others to understand. Lisa has served the community through her local church faithfully for many years and understands how to listen and respond to the needs of others.

Bill West has worked with the public for over 25 years in various capacities, from law enforcement, to utility systems repair at the Veteran's Hospital, to serving as an ordained lay pastor in the local church.

Bill has also gained considerable knowledge in construction. His ten-year passion and curiosity about the real estate market has made him a tenacious researcher with an eye for a good deal. Bill enjoys serving others and helping people - and he can help you. Together, Bill and Lisa are a dynamic team focused on delivering the highest level of service and professionalism possible.

Ted Howard has excelled as a retail manager and team leader. Ted brings enthusiasm, dedication, loyalty and perseverance to your team. He is quick to grasp and utilize the latest technology and will put that to work for you to increase efficiency and serve you honestly, respectfully and efficiently. Ted is a team player who will seek to understand your needs and get you the information you require to enable you to make good decisions. Ted has served in his local church for his whole life and regards his personal integrity as his most important trait.

Keith Legg has been trained as and worked as an English teacher, a counselor and Program Director in the Community Mental Health field in Saratoga , Warren and Washington Counties , developing and supervising several community residence homes, apartments, and a day treatment program. Keith also worked in public schools as a speech therapist and as a high school drama teacher. Keith pastors a small local church and understands people and relationships better than most people could ever hope to. Keith's quick wit and bright style contribute to his passion to serve people in a meaningful way. Keith embodies personal integrity and service. His passion for people and desire to serve amply qualify him as a man with whom you will be pleased to work.
